Telegram Truth or Dare Bot: Party Prompts for Any Chat
Party games die in Telegram groups the same way every time: someone suggests truth or dare, everyone shrugs because nobody can think of a good prompt, and the moment passes. PartyPackBot (PartyPackProBot) keeps a full deck ready and rolls prompts straight into the chat on demand.
Four categories — Truth, Dare, Would You Rather, and Never Have I Ever — plus a Random button that picks for you. Each prompt comes with buttons to roll another in the same category or hand the turn to a random recently-active member, so the game runs itself without a designated game master.
Prompts never repeat within a category until the whole pack has been shown once, which matters more than it sounds: nothing kills a party game faster than the third repeat of the same dare. This guide covers the commands, the inline trick, and the Pro packs.
Steps
- Roll a prompt without adding anything. In any chat — a group you do not admin, even a private chat — type @PartyPackProBot truth (or dare / wyr / nhie). The bot replies with a free-tier prompt from that category as an inline result; tap it to post. No bot installation, no admin rights, no setup.
- Or use the commands in your own group. Add the bot and run /truth, /dare, /wyr, /nhie, or /random for a prompt from a random category. Commands work the same as the inline trick but feel native in a group that plays often.
- Keep the game moving with the buttons. Every prompt card has buttons to roll another prompt in the same category, or Next player — which announces a random recently-active member of the chat as the next victim. Nobody has to keep score or pick who goes next.
- No-repeat rounds. Each category tracks which prompts have been shown per chat and will not repeat until the full pack has been used once — then it resets with a New round! message. Free packs are 40 prompts per category, 160 total.
- Pro packs for regular players. Pro (one-time 150 Stars per user) adds 80 more prompts per category (320 total extra) and the opt-in Spicy pack — 60 tasteful 18+ prompts, off by default even for Pro users, toggled with /spicy.
Good to know
- The inline trick (@PartyPackProBot truth in any chat) works without adding the bot or having admin rights.
- No answers or responses are ever stored — only which prompt indexes a chat has seen, to prevent repeats.
- Next player picks only from recently-active members, so lurkers are not volunteered.
