Learn 300 English Words with a Daily Telegram Flashcard
Most vocabulary apps die the same way: you download one, study hard for three days, then forget the app exists. A Telegram bot flips that — the flashcard comes to you inside a chat you already open twenty times a day, so the daily habit builds itself.
Vocab Daily sends one English vocabulary card a day by DM, translated for Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian, or German speakers. The catalog is 300 words split across three CEFR levels (A2, B1, B2 — 100 each). Every card is scored with Know / Don't know taps, and an SM-2-style spaced-repetition schedule brings weak words back sooner.

Steps
- Start the bot and pick your language. Open @WordADayLearnBot and run /learn english (or es, pt, id, de) so cards include a translation in your native language. The interface also follows your Telegram app language where possible.
- Set your delivery time. Run /time 9 and /tz +2 to get the daily card at 09:00 in your own timezone instead of a random hour. The card arrives as a normal DM, so notifications behave like any other chat.
- Score each card honestly. Tap Know or Don't know on every card. The spacing algorithm uses only these taps: words you marked Don't know resurface sooner, words you Know stretch out to longer intervals. Tapping everything Know just starves the schedule of signal.
- Track progress. /streak shows your consecutive-day run and /stats shows words learned versus in progress. /next pulls the next due card on demand if you want an extra review without waiting for tomorrow.
