How to Post Anonymously in a Telegram Group
Some things are easier to say in a group when your name isn't attached — feedback about a shared space, an awkward logistics question, a confession nobody wants tied to them personally. AnonSayProBot lets anyone in a Telegram group post a message that shows up as "Anonymous" instead of under their own name.
It works through a simple command: send your text to the bot, it deletes your original message, and reposts it under the group's anonymous prefix — so the group sees the message, not who sent it.

Steps
- Add the bot and give it delete rights. AnonSayProBot needs to be an admin with delete permission in the group so it can remove your original message after reposting it — without that, it'll tell you to make it admin instead of posting anonymously.
- Send your message with /anon. Type /anon the coffee machine is broken again in the group. Your message is deleted and reposted as "🎭 Anonymous: the coffee machine is broken again".
- Or post from a DM with the bot. DM the bot, run /start, and pick the group from the list of ones you've used AnonSay in — your next text message is posted anonymously there, no /anon prefix needed (this session lasts an hour).
- Know the admin safety valve exists. Admins can reply to any anonymous post with /reveal to get a hashed sender id and first name by DM, or /ban to silently block that sender's future anonymous posts — so anonymity isn't a free pass for abuse.
