Secret Santa bot for Telegram groups
Secret Santa for a Telegram group: join, draw, and matches sent by DM.
SantaDrawProBot runs a Secret Santa exchange inside a Telegram group. /santa posts a Join button; once enough members have joined, an admin runs the draw and each participant gets their match sent privately by DM — nobody in the group chat sees who has who.
/wish lets each participant DM the bot a wishlist that gets forwarded to their own Santa, and the organizer can set a suggested budget and exclude specific people from being matched with each other (e.g. couples).
Use it without adding the bot
Use it without adding the bot: mention @SantaDrawProBot in any group to get a one-tap card to open it.

Free vs Pro
Free
- Up to 10 participants per exchange
- One draw per exchange
Pro — 150 Stars (≈ $3), one-time, per group
- More than 10 participants per exchange
- Re-draw if a match needs to be redone
- Reminder DMs before the exchange date
Privacy
- Participants, their drawn match, and any wishlist text sent with /wish are stored per exchange, per group, so matches can be delivered and wishlists forwarded to the right Santa.
- This data is kept until the exchange date the organizer sets, plus 30 days, then deleted automatically; an organizer can also end an exchange early to remove it sooner.
- Matches are only ever sent privately by DM to each participant — the group chat never sees who has who, and only members who've started a private chat with the bot can be matched.

FAQ
- Can anyone in the group see who has who?
- No — matches are sent privately by DM to each participant only. The group chat itself never sees the pairing.
- What if a participant hasn't started a chat with the bot?
- They can't be matched, since the bot can't DM them their match — the draw only includes participants who've started a private chat with the bot first.
- How long is our exchange's data kept?
- Participants, matches, and wishlists are kept until the exchange date plus 30 days, then deleted automatically; the organizer can also end the exchange early to remove it sooner.
- What does Pro add?
- More than 10 participants per exchange, the ability to re-draw if a match needs to be redone, and reminder DMs before the exchange date, for a one-time 150 Stars payment per group.
