Telegram bot that checks new members and keeps spam bots out of a group

Welcome Gate in short
Welcome Gate (@GroupGateProBot) checks each new member of a Telegram group: the bot mutes the member, posts a card with an I'm human button, and removes the member if the button is not tapped in time.

Limits
- Each new member has 5 minutes to tap the button, or 10 minutes with Pro. With no tap the member is removed with a ban of 60 seconds and can join again.
- Only the new member can tap the button. The tap lifts the mute.
- The bot must be a group admin with the rights Ban users and Delete messages.
- Your own welcome text is free, 500 characters at most. A button of your own, with up to 40 characters of text, is part of Pro.
- The link filter is part of Pro: it deletes messages with a link or an @-mention from members who joined less than 24 hours ago. It bans and mutes nobody, and admins are exempt.

GroupGateProBot checks every new member of a Telegram group. When someone joins, the bot mutes them and posts a welcome card with one button, I'm human. Only the new member can tap it. A tap lifts the mute. With no tap within 5 minutes the bot removes the member, who can join again later.
To set it up, add the bot to the group as an admin with the rights to ban users and delete messages, then send /gate in the group. The bot also works in groups with topics.
On the free plan the card shows a default welcome text, or the text you set with /welcome, and one button of the bot below it. With Pro for the group the tap window is 10 minutes, the button of the bot is gone, you can add a button of your own, and a link filter for new members is on.

Privacy
- For each group the bot stores the id, title, whether the check is on, the Pro status, the welcome text and button you set, the member count and the id of the person who added the bot.
- While a check is open it stores the group, the new member's Telegram id, the id of the card message and the time limit. It also stores the time each member joined, so that the filter knows who joined less than 24 hours ago.
- The link filter of Pro groups is the only part that looks at message text. It checks messages of members who joined less than 24 hours ago and does not store the text.
- Payment-help messages you send are stored as text. The bot also keeps totals as counters and the link tag a user first arrived from, such as site.

- What happens to a member who does not tap?
- After 5 minutes, or 10 with Pro, the bot removes the member with a ban of 60 seconds and deletes the card. The member can join again later.
- Which admin rights does the bot need?
- Ban users and Delete messages. The add button on this page asks for both. Without them the bot cannot mute or remove a member.
- Does the link filter ban people?
- No. With Pro it deletes messages that hold a link or an @-mention from members who joined less than 24 hours ago. It bans and mutes nobody, and admins are exempt. /links off turns it off.
- What does Pro cost?
- Pro is per group: 150 Stars once, with no subscription, paid in a private chat with the bot. It gives a 10-minute tap window, your own button instead of the button of the bot, and the link filter.
