Split bill telegram bot for group expenses

Split a bill among the people in the group.

Cost

Open the bot and press Start. Use its help menu for command syntax.

/add /balance /clear /currency /export /help /more /nudge /pro /settle /start /undo

/add: Log an expense: amount, description, and who it's split between. The payer is always included in the split.
/balance: Show each member's net balance — who's owed money and who owes it.
/settle: Show the minimal settlement — the fewest transfers that would square the group up. Takes no arguments.
/undo: Remove the most recent expense entry.
/clear: Wipe the group's ledger and start over.
/currency: Set the group's display currency for balances and settlements.
/nudge: Post the current balances as a reminder to the group (rate-limited to avoid spam).
/export: Pro: export the group's ledger as a CSV file.
/pro: Sends a one-time Stars invoice to unlock unlimited expenses and CSV export for this group.
