Async standup bot for Telegram groups

Async daily standup: the bot DMs 3 questions, then posts one compiled report to the group.

StandupBot runs an async standup for a Telegram group without a meeting. An admin sets an hour and weekdays with /standup setup, and at that hour the bot DMs each member the same 3 questions — what you did, what you're doing, and any blockers.

As answers come back, the bot compiles them into a single report posted to the group, so everyone can read the whole team's update in one place instead of a scattered thread.

Privacy

• Your DM answers to the 3 standup questions are stored per group, per member, per day, and are shown in that group's compiled report — they are not shared with any other group the bot is in.
• Members who haven't started a private chat with the bot can't be DMed and are skipped from that day's round automatically.
• Free groups keep only today's report; Pro groups keep 30 days of report history, after which older reports are cleaned up automatically.

What are the 3 standup questions?

What you did (since the last standup), what you're doing (today), and any blockers. They're fixed and the same for every member each round.

Do my answers stay private?

No — your DM answers are compiled into the group's standup report by design, so the team can read everyone's update. Only the group's own members see that report.

What happens if I don't answer?

You're simply left out of that day's compiled report; the bot doesn't chase members who don't reply.

What does Pro add?

Removes the 5-member cap on a group standup and keeps the last 7 reports via /standup report, for a one-time 150 Stars payment per group.
