AnonSay setup kit for Telegram group admins
Run an optional question round without putting a member’s name on the bot’s group post. Use this checklist, invitation and three sample questions to decide whether AnonSay fits your group.
Privacy first: members see “Anonymous”, but this is not anonymity from the bot service or group admins. Read the moderation limits below before inviting anyone.
Set up one useful round
- Open AnonSay in private and read its help. Add it only to a group you administer, with the group’s agreement.
- Allow it to post. The add link also requests permission to delete messages, which the in-group
/anon your messagecommand needs. - Explain who can see sender information. Paste the invitation below, then ask one question. Members can tap Post anonymously under the bot’s group greeting or post, then write to the bot in private.
- Prefer the private flow. An in-group
/anoncommand first appears under the sender’s identity; the bot deletes it before posting its anonymous copy. That cannot undo notifications or what someone already saw. If deletion fails, it does not post an anonymous copy. - Let people skip the round. Review replies under your existing group rules, and stop if the tool makes the group less safe or useful.
What moderation and privacy mean here
The bot stores sender identifiers to relay posts and apply moderation. A group admin can reply to a tracked anonymous post with /reveal. The bot attempts to send that admin the stored first name and a shortened salted sender hash in private; the reveal response does not include a raw Telegram ID or username. The admin needs a reachable private chat with the bot. A first name may identify someone.
Admins can reply with /ban to block that sender from posting through AnonSay in that group. This does not remove the person from Telegram or replace your moderation process. Avoid personal, medical, workplace or other sensitive disclosures. Do not promise a confidential reporting channel.
Free limits and optional Pro
- Free: 20 successful posts per group in a rolling 24-hour window.
- All plans: 10 successful posts per person, per group, per hour. Post text is capped at 500 characters; links become
[link]and @mentions are removed. - Optional Pro: a one-time payment of 150 Telegram Stars for one group removes that group’s daily allowance and unlocks a custom post signature with
/alias. The per-person hourly limit and text cap remain. - A group admin can use
/proto inspect the group upgrade. Try the free flow before deciding to pay.
Invitation you can adapt
Copy this only into a group you administer where the invitation is welcome. Adapt it to your actual rules.
We are trying an optional anonymous question round with AnonSay. Use “Post anonymously” below an AnonSay post and write to the bot in private. Other members see “Anonymous”; group admins can privately request your stored first name and a salted sender hash with /reveal, and can block a sender with /ban. The bot service knows who sent each post. Please avoid personal details and follow our group rules. Taking part is optional.
Three original question ideas
These are examples you can use, not reports from customers.
- Study group: Which idea from this week would you like us to explain another way?
- Hobby community: What would make it easier for a beginner to join our next activity?
- Volunteer group: Which small task needs clearer instructions before our next event?
After the round, ask whether people found the answers useful. Count voluntary participation separately from views, new group members or payments.
A small collaboration plan for an admin or editor
Use this as an agenda if you already have an agreed way to work with us: choose one suitable group, one question, a date and a place where a factual setup guide is welcome. Agree who will run the round, moderate it and publish any follow-up. No reciprocal placement, free upgrade, reach or revenue is promised by this kit.
Before calling the work a partnership, both sides must explicitly accept the scope and deliver the agreed result. A directory listing, submission receipt, auto-reply or use of this page alone is not an agreement.
The direct AnonSay links on this page carry the shared partner source tag. They can support aggregate first-touch checks when Telegram delivers the tag; the tag does not identify one editor or prove a person read a post. Do not add names, group IDs or private details to links. Measure new recorded starts, group installs, useful posts and actual payments separately, with a clear baseline and end date.
Optional: propose a collaboration
You can use this kit without contacting us. If you have a concrete proposal for a public community or channel, open the Hub bot’s private proposal prompt.
Before you send: your Telegram account and proposal will be available to the developer for private review. Submitting a proposal does not publish a post, make a payment or accept a partnership. A reply and a reply time are not promised.
After starting the bot from this link, follow its prompt. Send one plain-text proposal of 30–1000 characters within 15 minutes, with a public community or channel reference and a concrete proposal. Do not include third-party personal details. The limit is one submission per account per rolling 24 hours. Use /cancel or another command to close the pending window.
/deleteproposal deletes proposal content and the pending window. A minimal account, submission-time and update record without proposal text remains to enforce the limit for 24 hours after submission; deletion does not reset that limit. Proposal content becomes unavailable after 30 days. Expired proposal and metadata rows are physically purged on the next intake action, not on a guaranteed date.
Open the private proposal prompt
This contact link selects the partnerkit intake source. It contains no account name, group ID or proposal text. A click is not proof of a submitted proposal or an accepted partnership.
